The company LLC TPK "Master of the Taiga" was founded in the city of Krasnoyarsk in 2016 and today is one of the largest manufacturers of finished venison products in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Before opening this company, we collected information on the food market in the segment of meat delicatessen semi-finished products and dried products. We came to the conclusion that there are a lot of products of category B, G and E on the market (in which the content of real meat is less than 60%), and it is important for consumers of these categories of goods to purchase a high-quality, natural and healthy product. Therefore, we produce environmentally friendly premium quality products of category “A”, without soy and harmful preservatives. In 2019, we decided to launch the production of semi-finished meat products. For this purpose, we invited a technologist with 15 years of experience from Moscow. According to our order, recipes were specially developed, and already in 2020 the line of semi-finished products amounted to 11 items. The line of dried products has also been expanded – now it has 16 positions. To produce such a large number of items, we needed to modernize the equipment and increase capacity – drying chambers were purchased from foreign partners, and for the production of sausages we also purchased modern highly efficient equipment from a domestic manufacturer.
