Analytics and optimization system

The system of ship analytics and optimization of ServiceMarine is designed for remote control of ship equipment.
The system represents a set of sensors installed on the units, data transmission systems based on satellite terminals ServiceMarine Lookout, neurocomputer for the assignment of data installed on the vessel and a student neural network on the server, which allows you to build pre -strict models of equipment behavior and predict emergency situations.

All data collected by the system and analytics of the state of units are available in the free Web service "SmartService". Analysis of the state of ship equipment using the system of ship analytics and optimization of ServiceMarine can significantly reduce repair costs and a simple vessel in case of emergency breakdown.

The composition of the system:
1. Neurocomputer
Processing, analytics and forecasting of the work of power units on the basis of data from sensors. The neural network selfs over time, a digital double is created according to the parameters and dependencies of operation parameters of a particular vessel
2. Rotation sensor
Designed to measure the torque, the speed of rotation of the shaft and the power attached to the shaft
3. SmartService
Web platform for the shipowner/responsible services on the shore, with the possibility of building analytical reports for optimal operation and maintenance of the vessel
4. Vibration sensor
To build a sound digital model of vibration loads of the power unit
5. The temperature sensor of exhaust gases
